i downloaded phpbb from From: http://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge...B-3.0.0.tar.bz2
and now, what all should i do to get it working on my website?

well first off. unzip the file and upload it through an ftp client. like filezilla. Also, look at the installation manual they provide for u on the phpbb3 website. it will help u alot

ive uploaded it but still find the website's help lot boring...
please explain in quick and easy steps. also will the sit support asp.net?

ok for easy access to the installation, set the phpbb3 file to index.html. This is to start. tell me if it then shows up.

No, there is no ASP or ASP.NET supported here. PHP only.
