I have signed up for an account and created a free web hosting account but whenever I try to log in by clicking the "login" button for my site, I get an error message that states:

Fatal error: Failed to connect to the DB server in /var/wkscript/db.php on line 29

and I can't get into my control panel.

Its been almost 2 hours since I created the account.

any suggestions?
