I have a problem when i am trying to chmod a file to 777, it wont work, and theese files requires to be 777, and then the files stay 644.

I'm having the same issue. I also can't overwrite any files or delete them.

Please search and read recent posts before posting. There are numerous posts on this already.

Please note that the vndv hard drive has gone into read-only which is the cause of your problem.

Please be patient while the admins fix this and check the announcements forum or live irc chat for updates.
