No I do not agree. Most of these domain names are useless. Some may have a wacky use in 10 years time when something uber exciting happened on the 29th of September 2009.
But apart from a couple, they are useless.

Well:

1) most of these domain names represents natural words/phrases, and/or significant occasions (like 25/12),
2) most of them hits good at google (for example, darfor hits around 19 million sites and baykal around 10 million),
3) many of them have a great commercial potential for making profitable websites (like syriasummer.com, arabentrepreneur.com, gotopalestine.com and uspetrochecm.com),
4) ... do you want to add something?

I understand that but there is no way to brand a entity around most of those names. The only good ones are two or three of the ones you listed in point #3.

I've already mentioned in post no. 1 that I will consider selling individual domain names, and will look forward to receiving certain bids.

$25000? You are crazy to sell those domains at that price. They are worth at least $500,000. Don't accept anything less.

On a more serious note, I think the price of a domain per year needs to go back to $35 to cut down on these kinds of people who have no interest in developing these domains. Their only interest is in taking money from anyone who really would be interested in developing one of these domains. There should also be some kind of limit or ratio on the number of domains a person/company owns vs the number they have actually developed into valid websites.
