Hi!! I'm Paula and I am definitely a newbie. I'll try to get a site up and running shortly to promote my services as a Virtual Assistant. I'll also promote some affiliate sites on the same page...if I ever figure out how to upload from Publisher.

Oh no! Please don't use publisher. Use frontpage or dreamweaver if you do not know HTML but please do not use publisher or word or anything like that. They create a whole lot of useless code that makes your code very messy and hard to edit.

And where can I find acceptable programs....Oh yeah! and I accidentally deleted the index.html file, so where do I go to follow up on that topic? Sorry, when I said newbie, I meant NEWBIE!! And again, thanx for the welcome.

In my personal opinion, Notepad is a great tool. It doesn't have syntax highlighting but if your doing HTML and CSS, there isn't a great need for syntax highlighting. Otherwise, google for PHP Developer 2007 - Personal and download that. It goes well for all coding and programming languages.
