The address you have entered is not open to the public. Have i done somthing wrong or missed something out? i have a page called index.html but does it atomaticaly set as the home page or?

I have finished my web page and uploaded it using dreamweaver. When i type the domain name in the address bar i get a page load saying 403 Forbidden!
The address you have entered is not open to the public. Have i done somthing wrong or missed something out? i have a page called index.html but does it atomaticaly set as the home page or?
