Very nice template. I have no use for it right now, but am planning on starting a layout site. So I may purchase it if I have support of the person helping me. What is the range you are looking to sell this template for?

Well around here templates sales are around 60$ to 80$ when they are really good (like yours).

Well, if you prefer (Cmain) : He can easily go for an 80$ but again, it really depends who he is selling it to... Some people wouldn't put 30$ for it, some might love it and put 200$... matter of need and matter of time (is he willing to be patient for the good sale ?)

But again, its a great design !
