It is sold as is, there are a couple of small bugs. You can have the PSD, full rights will go to you, and you may resell it if you want. I also have a domain for it which i bought: forgemb.net and i'll throw that in for free.

The red where the login box doesnt work with the rest of the skin. also, theres a color change halfway down the theme...and the footer needs to be a bit softer in color. but other than that its great mate.
