After a discussion with the other staff, the following options have been decided upon:

1. Safe Mode: Can be turned OFF (instead of ON).
   Buy turning this feature to the OFF position, you are allowed to install a lot of the CMS/Applications that have been previously disallowed due to this restriction being turned ON.
   We do not offer the turning off of safe-mode at this time.
   
   
2. PHP Mail function: Can be allowed.
   By having this PHP function enabled, you can send/receive emails through your Bulletin Board System/CMS/Application. This will also allow a lot more Scipts/Applications to be installed completely.
