Your site is using an illegal copy of VBulletin (which goes against the terms of service), your site will be deleted if VBulletin is not removed by the date listed in the email.

Feel lucky Jack has actually granted you grace time to remove it, I don't really care if you backup your forum, I don't feel like helping someone who can't follow the terms of service.

If this is a legitimate copy, I apologise.

First off there's no need to panic and 'YELL'. A lot of people have been using illegal copies of vbuliten. This is why zymic is disallowing it. Illegal copies are first off illegal, but secondly can cause security problems. If I was you I would open up your FTP and upload all your vbuliten files back onto your PC, there for having a back up of every file.

Look into other forums there are plenty of free ones zymic allows, I personally like PHPBB it's very easy to use and very customizable.

Edit: Jack sent out this email to I beleive the entire community. If not I'm not sure why I got it, but it explains why they are not allowing vbuliten and there reasoning behind it. Jack I hope you don't mind that I reffered to this.

Due to an increase of license piracy for VBulletin forums we have decided to ban this software from our servers; around 95% of all uploads are pirated nulled versions. Abuse reports for this software take up a lot of our time, and the nulled pirated forums also use up a lot of resources thus slow down our service. It is also hard to install a VBulletin forum without it being pirated anyway, as the legit versions need to use fsockopen (which is disabled on our servers) to check if the license is valid during installation.

From today onwards we will delete any new VBulletin uploads, and all existing members who have uploaded a VBulletin forum in the past will go through an inspection check so we can find out if they are using legit versions; if they are found to be legit then they will stay on our servers otherwise they will be banned.

PHPBB and other free forum software is still allowed.

On a similar note we will be writing a mini "can / can't upload" notice next to the registration form this week, which will hopefully stop people from starting a website only to realize later that they are breaking our TOS. As a quick reminder you will be instantly banned without notice and all files deleted if you:

1) Upload a phishing / fraudulent website.
2) Upload copyrighted / warez / pirated material or simply link to it.
3) Upload pornographic content (child porn will be reported to the authorities along with ALL logs).
4) Upload file sharing software, including Bit-Torrent trackers and web clients.
5) Upload a "hacking" resource website.
6) Upload web proxies (including PHProxy).
7) Use your account for file storage with no intention of creating a website.
8) Upload a website for blackhat SEO purposes, e.g. to cheat search engine rankings or to spam links.

You downloaded illegal, nulled software, then proceeded to upload it. I think this is enough to suffice as evidence you were aware of what you were dealing with.

The date is final, it's up to you to backup your database, if the files exist after this date your whole account will be removed.

Although you may have changed it, you changed it's still Vbulletin I would highly recomend backing up your files to your computer and deleting the vbulliten files off zymics server. Getting you account deleted isn't fun. If you have any more questions I would suggest posting them in the topic linked in my above post. They are more likely to get answered in the right place.

There's not much you can do bud. Bread's pretty much right about what he's been saying. Bread didn't say to change your copy to a legal copy, because from what the email Jack sent said it's inpossible to have a legal copy on Zymics server because the fsockopen is disabled on the server. If I was you I would just accept that you have to change to another forum. There's plenty of them out there. Make sure you back up your files from your current forum so you can save your self some work recoding the design etc. Try out PHPBB its a great forum, and a lot of members here are experienced with it. We'll help you we build your forum. All you have to do is follow the rules.

Edit: Just to recap on what I said earlier, to back up your files do the following.
Open up your FTP and logon to your website. Select all of the files that have to do with Vbuletin and download them to your PC. Then delete the files off your site leaving them only on your PC.

Any time, hmmmmm honestly I'm not sure how to back up a DB, maybe try a google search on 'how to back up a SQL database'. Either that or I'm sure someone here knows.
