*firstly:- I've just created a new account ... what should I do to create a webhosting account ?
when I entered the " ZCP panel " I found a button called : create new webhost account > when I pressed it , nothing happened !

*secondly : I own a christian website and I want to transfer it to your servers , i've some important questions about your free webhost :
1- is there any kind of ads will be put in my site which can affect my site decoration ? (I'll put a link back to your site on my 1st page)
2- can I upload any kind of scripts (as php or cgi ?)
3- is there any limitations on my free site ? (will it expire or get deleted ?)

theres no ads unless you put them on there
upload stuff via ftp you can find the forum on search uploading themes
yes you only have 50000mb of space and you can have as meny sites upto 50000mb
no you site dont expire and it only get deleted if you have somethink on there wats not aloud on the sites read T&C

Just to answer the rest of your questions:
When trying to create a new webhost account it could be caused by the horrible downtime Zymic experienced, (their ISP had a big network outage, completely out of Zymic's control). You might want to try again now and let us know if it worked.

1. No ads are placed on your account ever. You CAN place your own ads if you wish!
2. You can upload any PHP scripts, but CGI is not supported. But don't worry I'm sure you could find a similar PHP script for whatever CGI one you were planning on using.
3. You're site will never expire, and won't get deleted unless something you do violate the TOS.
To further elaborate on limitations:
SAFE MODE is ON. This may affect what scripts you use.
fsockopen is disabled, which basically means your scripts cannot connect to any outside site for information
(eg. pulling rss data from another site to be listed on your site, won't work.)
php mail() command is disabled to prevent abuse (so if you install a forum you won't be able to send any emails
to new users giving them account information, etc)
All copyrighted information is not allowed unless you have the copyright.
But any form of music (mp3, wav, midi, etc) is not allowed just to prevent abuse

my final question : I've a christian site containing some mp3s and WAVs (coptic hymns) , I'm hosting these files on another file hosting provider ... is this breaking your TOS
- I read something about "free domain name" but I can't find the application page on ZCP , is this offer still available or not ?

Linking to the other site with MP3s is ok but be careful with copyright.

The free domain name offer is currently being redesigned. It will be implimented again sometime soon, possibly based on a forum contribution system.
