alright, i have a simple phbb2 forum files, i upload using filezilla, all of the files say successful transfer but must of them don't show up in my panel? Any idea why?

That is a real strange error. Do the files load up when you go to the url? If no, then it was not uploaded.
Try this
1. Open up filezilla and then login again
2. Go look through the uploaded files and see if it really is uploaded
3. Try re-uploading the missing files from panel.

filezilla said it was all completed wierd indeed.
