Well, it is a pre-made template that you want to know how to upload?
Or do you need to know how to make a template and upload it?

For the first, just connect to your site via FTP (you can find your find your FTP host and username in the website manager, in the section with your disk space and bandwidth usage). Then upload the template files to the root directory (usually the folder you're in after the FTP connects). The file "index.html" (or index.php) is what people will first see when they access your site (via username.vndv.com, etc.).

If you want to make a template, you'll need to learn HTML and CSS. You don't need to learn CSS, but it makes things easier. Google it.
Although, with Dreamweaver, I suppose you don't technically need to know much HTML, since it's a WYSIWYG editor. But it always helps.
Then refer to the previous paragraph for FTP.

Search for the FTP tutorial by Jack and that will point you in the right direction.
