I used FTP upload yesterday,but the Transmission was Interrupted.
Then I try to login with Zymic free web hosting account
But it never work now!
so I don't know how to do , please help me

Most likely has to do with either the downtime or the read only errors that are happening now. Server should be all fixed within 3-6 hours
