Ok well my domain....
I originally planned it as a phishing site.
I didn't want to phish anymore & I wanted to make a forum.
So I registered a new domain today and when I did I couldn't upload anything.. So I got pissed and I just used my old phishing site to host my forum.
Before I actually install and finish uploading all of the SMF files.. I want to know..
Is phishing allowed?
Is Hacking Allowed? Like for example a forum that has a section that u can discuss hacking related...
Are there rules whatsoever?
If there are link me.

Just to make it clear, everything you just asked if you can host is not allowed.
And anyway, the server has had some major downtime today becasue of its ISP, and the server is now in Read-Only mode and should be fixed within 3-6 hours.

What kind of person asks if phishing and hacking are allowed? I mean, honestly...
And "educational purposes"? Why would anyone need to be educated in it if they didn't plan on using it?

Anyone who wants to phish with their site doesn't seem like an educational-purposes-only kinda guy to me.

I'm sorry that I didn't feel like helping a guy who wants to phish and hack with his site.
But, yes, if there is a delete button near the domain names, then yes you can delete it. Or if you have to input your domain into a text box, then deleting the domain from that text box will delete your domain.

Also your question has been answered numerous times.
Firstly, phishing is not good and I would recommend getting away from it and do not refer back to it as people will be reluctant to help you if you don't.
Although, it does not sound like you are wanting to learn to hack, but more like crack. There is many a differences and I would recommend you look into it and decide which side your one.
I, personally, do not condone hacking (as I do it), but I do not have time for crackers.
