Looking good there Crown. If were to choose any of them i would go for the first one. Although the third one is my favourite but the bottom boxes look to overcrowd and detatch the design . I would create one long box spanning the width of all three boxed then put the induvidual boxes into that long container , Just a suggestion.

some color? the content area is lacking but the header and background look great together. i like the last version you have posted, like that footer.

They all look good, but i agree with ZIprock, the last one is the best. maybe try mixing it up, you have content that hovers above the wood, you could try and do a 3d "mail hole" or something that would give it another dimension. i think it looks good though.
