I already have the one I wanted picked out, but I need some with great skins to make it customized for me...

I will give all the pages I want made and what to put on them.
I am able to pay someone in PayPal when the job is done.
I will give the person the hosting I will use, and eveything.

That template you have on your site, I remember seeing it on this clan site. I used to be fond of that site when I started off with design work. Personally I wouldn't use any free layouts on a design portfolio site.
