I've searched google for days on end using every keyword I can think of

I tried 000webhost.com, which offers free hosting without PHP restrictions but it sucks
One server doesn't display pages, and most of the SQL servers don't work there
All the staff can say is that it works fine their end and they won't do anything to fix all the problems.
seriously don't go there

but if anyone knows a free web host that does offer PHP without restrictions, then could they pm me?
(i know we aren't supposed to talk about other hosts here, but since i was telling you how awful 000webhost is, i don't think that counts.)
