hello there and I'm Mike and I remade my game website where people see it as it is fun like today. my website is in the signature below and I have a PHP problem though that I can't get right. this code echo date ('F j, Y')."<br />".date('g:i:s a'); is set to server time but what I want it to do is change it so it is under America/New_York, but the thing is, I can't get it working good enough. every time I do that, it gives me the error on that one part that I mess up on. can anyone help me please?

What an attitude. It hasn't even been two hours yet and you've bumped twice? Have a bit of patience...

You really need to stop being Demanding. Being a demanding person does not get you anywhere in life.

Stop YELLING at the Admins and be nice. He tried to help, it's not Alex's fault you don't know how to use php.

well I'm sorry but the website php.net doesn't help. I've tried their website and all it game me is a error code and if i try it a couple times, all it gives me is a 1 instead. who ever made that website doesn't give out good information. I just want the main admin to change the server time where the administrator of the made website lives. I've been under a lot of work trying to get my website good enough and it's turning into a better website than it was before. it's just a lot of things I need to get done and one thing that is on my to do list is get that stupid time code on there right. can someone please give a main code that they know how to set onto a web server?

php.net is created by the makers of PHP. So I would assume they KNOW what they are talking about.

well it's telling me what I can do with it and it's giving tutorials that I don't get. I want to know how to set the php time. I need the code not a tutorial on a lot of different codes.

alright I'm sorry for being demanding. I just need some help with my website. all I need it a code so I can get off your back. I'm running mass administration here and I have to watch my scripts or they will go offline and people would complain. I just want my job complete without getting mad at this stupid website for not having my god forsaken time for once. they are behind by 6-7hours and they will not tell us how to change the server time so we all don't have this problem.
