guys please anyone explain me briefly aboit publishin my zymic site.
where is the option for publishment

to publish your website, use a ftp program or the cpanel to upload your files.

There really isn't a "publish" button. You should first upload the files you want making sure to have an index.html file in the main directory. When viewers visit your site they will see that first.

Once the files are uploaded they will almost instantly be updated on your site. No "publish" button required.

or index.php and delete the index.html thats there by default

You do not "publish" your site.
You mearly upload (via FTP) your *.htm, *.html, *.php (etc.) files onto your hosted space.
