what i don't understand id why i never was warned by email before or after some one please help and tell me what I have done wrong else I am doomed to repeat the offense in ignorance and continually be Kicked from hosts.

as I said the template came from a free templates site I made changes with dream weaver I used to the most part stock photos from dream weavercs3 bridge gallery.

but not to tell me why that's what's driving me nuts please help.

Thanks

Really need to post your url. The vndv.com server is currently down, so it's more likely your website is inaccessible rather than removed.

Sorry Bread for post a replay into this post but, did you know why is vndv.com server down ? Are there some jobs for maintenance ?. I've got the same problem and i've got problems with ftp too.

Thanks in advance.

vndv.com has been taken down for FSCK. It's File System Consistency Check. It takes 3-4 hours on vndv size disks. So the server should be back before 13:30GMT.

seems you were right.
Thanks for that reassuring reply after reading 7:48 here in CA I went i checked every thing again and it al worked: access via ftp and connected and cpanel and file manger. Whoohoo!

Thanks

and one more comment don't they send emails to the clients about such things( maintenance that my disrupt normal services) I searched my emails and found none., They didn't even answer my emails if it weren't for you i would still be in a state of panic or have completely abandoned the host.

I think they should send emails to users about such things . i know its free but it would be helpful and polite.

If you mean if they could send you emails when your site is down, there is a website that will do it for you. I signed up a while ago so i can remember exactly how to sign up for it...but I'm sure if you want it you can figure it out. It works well, tells me when the website went down, when it comes back up, and for how long it was offline for. Its just an easy way to monitor your website.
