and i'm having some trouble creating a new database.
i'm trying to install phpBB3 and i get the database name and
user name/password set ,but when trying to assign the user name to the
database the "assign privileges" section seems to be disabled or inactive.
phpBB3 install reports that MySQL is available and PHP v.4.3.3 is available in "safe mode"
it also says that safe mode may interfere with remote administration.
could this be causing the problem

but, this section seems to be dead.
is somthing wrong here : or am i just a newbie{hypothetical}
