I'm making a login site at d4rk.vndv.com/Login.php ...
The problem is : When i save the page as UTF-8 , the page can display the vietnamese, but i get the error :

And when i save as ANSI, i don't get the error but my page can't display vietnamese. i try many ways but it seem hopeless, i'll be greatly appreciate your help
