Why is it like this? and when i visited the forum there's no specific instruction on how we will be helped aside from someone checking it... and why is that discussion locked anyways?

People who have complained of this issue have remedied this by disabling firewalls / virus scanners, apparently they strip the referer which the ZCP apparently needs. Additionally, Asian users tend to complain of this issue more than most, perhaps your ISP is filtering the data in some way or another (mere speculation).
