I have make database [wvrl_renox] and atabase username [wvrl_renox], bet what I need to write in 1st window, when I try to login PHPMyAdmin?!

Use phpminiadmin thats in your control panel.
If you still having problems, make sure you have gave permisions to username & database..
& if your still having problems then send me your zymic login details and website login and ill try and sort it.
