first off i like to say,this hosting site is awesome,ergo its confusing to me because im new
anyways to the point i cant get mysql to work,i created a database name,and assigned privilages but nada
any help?

What are you trying to do? (installing a forum, etc.)

What is the error you're getting?

Okay i see the error, what you need to do is go back into your Zymic Control Panel and make new username and database name in mysql.

There is an error where they can't be longer than 16 characters including the _ (underscore)

So for example pspworldz_pspwor would work but anything longer than that won't.
Same with the database name.


Try that and it should be working for ya! (Oh and I wanted to say sorry if I sounded short with you, I didn't mean to! If i had been trying to be mean I would have just said "search the forums" )
