I am not able to delete, change permissions or create a new directory.

I am New to zymic and it is like my dream host. I had been searching for months until a friend advised me to go here. It worked with everything I had to put on my site. Until today, I log on and nothing seems to be working. I lost a big coding I had coded by scratch here, no biggie though, hope the glitch is fixed soon.

I was on the verge of complaining about this problem also, but I logged in today and now I can see that things are really being worked on. Keep up the great work Zymic. You make dreams come true!

A tip that I have for harvestneo, though, is that you should always keep backups of every piece of work that you have online, just in case something like this happens. It comes in handy for offline editing or quick uploads to an alternate server, etc. Just a thought that might help out in the future.
