Isn't what your doing illegal? Your basically offering Warez software. Just because you bought it doesn't give you the right to redistribute it for free.
Unless the source is offered under GNU public license, but I doubt it is since they offer a paid and free version.

Yes this is so illegal, cPanel don't go out for free neither.
