where do i go to run this
do i upload it via ftp or someting im confused on how to run this file

nevermind i figured it out
i had to put db_update in the root of my phpbb
and run it

for other people who dont know

put db_update.php
in the phpbb root ,i used ftp but ya etther way
then just type yourdomain.vndv.com/forum/db_update.php
