it seems MySQL Databases are not being created.
process is simple just type a name for your database (under16 characters)
and click create.
but, nothing is happening , and no error messages.
i spoke to tim in the IRC Chat rooms ,who lets me know
that this problem is site wide.
i'm sure im doing this step correctly,
but, it looks like this may need to be fixed.

UPDATE: Looks like i fixed the problem by eliminating the underscore in the db name...
as far as i knew underscore were allowed.
is this the case or could this be somthing new.
