Ok, so I have a php upload form on my website for users to upload files. However, when someone tries to upload a file, it never shows up in the uploads folder. I have all permissions enabled on the folder. I tried to upload a file, using the form and it worked fine. When every other person tries, their ip address shows up as 207.210.86.252 in the log, and the file never uploads. Why would all their ip addresses be 207.210.86.252? Why can I only upload files?
