For the strangeat reason, when I enter my MySQL DataBase Manager, it says I have used 14708971 / 50000 mb of Bandwith....
Why the hell does it do this?

It is a glitch and will be fixed in ZHCP v2. Just ignore it, it doesn't work anyways.
