somebody delete my account so that i cannt able to login in to my account.
if there is any possibilties to recover my account please help me....

What was your domain?

can i able to access my last ftp address on which my website is hosted?Actually i want to delete all the file/contents.but i am not able to do that. my user name is vibhor86.
when i am not able to access my website ftp so i re create the account with the same name but could not access my old ftp again.my domain name was ....vndv.com
if there is any solution please reply me.

I can only assume your account was removed for breaking tos (for example uploading vb or using it purely for file hosting); that or you've given me the wrong user.

my domain name is greatchamp.vndv.com
vibhor86 is my user name through which i can login into zymic.com

The account definitely exists, I have reset your password manually, check your emails.

but still now i am not able to access my ftp account.when account was deleted then i have create new account with same user name and password because i thought that i would be logged in but new account was created and not shown the greatchamp.vndv.com ftp account. the whole scenario is this.........

1 create zymic account with username vibhor86.
2 up load the file under greatchamp.vndv.com ftp file...
3 By mistake my brother delete the account from the second link which you have sent by admin@zymic.com in the confirmation mail for the zymic registration.
4. again i tried to log in the account but not do so.i did this thing 4 or 5 times.
5.i create the zymic account with the same username and password because i thought that i would be logged in but new account was created and not shown the greatchamp.vndv.com ftp account.


so i want to update my site but cannt do that
Please help me .......................so that i can access my old ftp address for greatchamp.vndv.com

what do you put in..?

Host: ???
Username: ???
Password: yourpassword

Is it similar to this?

Host: greatchamp.vndv.com
Username: vibhor86
Password: (whatever your password is)

it doesnot ask any host name

it ask for username and password for the login
please tell me from where i will able to login my ftp address ??????????

where? err do you mean you're not using any ftp client? Go here, download the ftp client and install. then follow what I've written earlier. Sorry, but if it's your FTP settings that you were asking for, then what I've written before should work (based on the info you've posted earlier)


If you're already using an ftp client, sorry. I'm just a bit confused as to what you're asking exactly.
Are you able to access your website account through zymic control panel?
Or you want to upload files to your website through the zymic control panel?
Or you want to upload files to your website through FTP?
Or could you tell us what you're doing step by step so that we can tell you what you did wrong?

what ever step i have followed i posted earlier.
i upload my website using zymic control panel.
i want to upload or delete some file in greatchamp.vndv.com website account using zymic control panel.
Again i listed out all the steps......

Right now i install filezilla ftp client ,i am trying to connect the client with the server but cannt do that.
it prompt a msg that user name is ok but authentication is failed while i am trying with new password which is given by webmaster of zymic yesterday.
if i am able to logged in my website account using filezilla then give me solution for filezilla or

i am able to logged in my website account using zymic control panel then also give me solution.

Vibhor, is very useful and easy to use this FZILLA , coz are very usefull, and me for the first time i try to upload all my files , but coz I have a big site and lots of files, Fzilla work for me easly, with only drag and drop of my mouse. U can upload all ur site files only with 1 mouse click man...
