I had this up on Nek Forums but I'd rather get everyone's opinions. What do you guys think? This is not going to be the NEK design btw.

Pretty Nice design there. Dont really like the huge amount of text. But Overall i quite like the template. Nice Job.

Suggestion - The design feels a little to block like. Try to add more depth in the design. There too much simplicity in the design. Which for me creates too much negative space. Just try to play around with typography see what you come up with.

I do however like the little screenshot place holder

I like the colour scheme, it's a nice blend of subtle blues and whites. Good job.
Simplistic but hits the nail on the head.

Heres my opinion...

If you're going to do a logo in the header then add more style elements to it, make it distinguishable from the other text.
Article titles should never have the same font as the article body. Maybe the cliche Georgia would suit your design.
Bring the edge shadows in more to like 20 px maybe atm they are to far out.

Other than that it looks great.

Honestly, the only thing I can really complain about is the title image. Instead of just the text, throw a logo next to it somewhere. As Tim said, make it more distinguishable. Other then that, I really like the color scheme and the way you put it together. I've never been good at themes like that, I'm much more of a mess.

Luke you should code it and sell it or give it away as a free template.
