My account not work, cant see the homepage.

This warning : Internal Server Error

Try to rename your '.htaccess' to 'htaccess.txt'

Renaming that file should work. Otherwise remove it and make a file called htaccess.txt

I cant find htaccess.txt or .htaccess

what is content of htaccess.txt ?

Make sure in your FTP client you have hidden files set to be shown.

.htaccess --> htaccess.txt
Can't rename...

And can't to upload any file with ftp:
