1. You can use it by going to the Add Domain link in your Control Panel and adding it there.
2. The name servers are ns1.vndv.com and ns2.vndv.com
3. Yes, you may. You upload them via FTP into your hosting account. You can search for a "FTP Tutorial" by Jack if you get lost.
