You see a lot of pages with this sort of layout but I thought I'd try my hand at creating one.

edit: oops i left the black squares, those are supposed to symbol ads.

Only thing I don't like about it is nothing is lined up. That really bugs me but obviously could be fixed in the html version. It's an okay layout, black and red go well together and I like how you used gray actually instead of black. But there's something else I don't like about it. I just can't put my finger on it.

The only thing i would change is the copyright little bit, i would center the bottom bar info and place the copyright on the bottom, under the site map... and all that jazz. i like the red and faded black.

I have been following all the templates you made (i think most of them) and this one is the best of all.
You are starting to get how to use gradients (not to hard) and how to play with the colors that matches together.

As the above i suggest you to align all your content. It is important ot have everything aligned, pixel by pixel... its really what makes the layout clean and nice to look at.

I suggest removing all these black boxes (top right left) i guess they are for ad... useless i believe. at least the left and the right. You can make a nice left or right navigation using the same gradients as our content box.

But really its better than the other layouts.
