Is there ANY way to easily set an option where I can always view my editor with the source instead of the dynamic HTML? It's really annoying to work with PHP and have the editor change it every time I save.

What do you mean? You can use the Notepad for editing PHP files.

Notepad, Notepad+, jEdit, PHP designer, they are loads out there. Google for Text Editors.
