I can access my site using FTP but when I try and log into the site through the control panel it says "Incorrect password and/or username. If you do not remember your password, click here to reset it." the reset doesn't recognize my username or email address.

What is going on?

Please delete my account I will look elsewhere for something that is i) supported and ii) actually works.

It would have helped us if you had actually posted your login details - except password. The most common reason for this sort of error is that they are wrong. I suspect that you are using a username of sitename@vndv.com, in which case your username should be sitename.

well, i) you need more patience. 2) zymic works, it is just having a few problems atm. as for your info, like swordz said, give us more info than just "click to reset password." error.

It also would have helped if you would have read the rules first. AND SEARCHED.
