My bandwidth usage showin 12/50000MB in Cpanel and showing 12753136/50000MB in Sql Database ?? Why so??
It's a known bug, doesn't effect anything, so you're not about to be cut off.
It might get fixed, but just ignore it for now.

oh ok... thanks a lot... 
Just a glitch that will be fixed after servers are changeed over and we get ZHCP 2.0. Doesn't mean anything though.
