Hi, a bit new to all of this but wondering if anybody could help me.

I have registered on Zymic and proceeded to try make a new host but trouble started here:
1. what exactly must I put under the website name. Eg: MySite or www.MySite ETC.
2. the area where I must enter the random letters is confusing must I use spaces and do capitals apply.

I am also getting errors when I write in this info:

Site Name: realmstudio (under vndv.com)
and enter he random words.

ERRORS LIKE THESE:

Fatal error: Failed to mkdir(/www/vndv.com/r/e/a/realmstudio) in /var/wkscript/functions.php on line 25

The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again. (reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol) (even when I make sure I wrote it Right)

I just got started myself. I would highly advise you to just work on your site offline for now. The servers are on a read-only status because they are being worked on/fixed/switched/who knows. You can't write anything to the server right now, so if I were you, I'd sit tight and work on the site offline, as I'm doing until this is back to normal.

well the reason why you can not add any new websites onto vndv.com server, is because the server is in read only or offline meaning that you can not write into the server. also when typing into the server name and it says vdnv.com, meaning USERNAME.vndv.com. you can also put in www.USERNAME.vndv.com. there will be a new server up and running soon so you can choose what server you want your website on. I don't think they are goingto allow people to use vndv.com server anymore and star redirecting people to the new server. I know I might have to change my website too because of te problems and also making my own web hosting server soon. the administrators of zymic.com has marked the website to make a new hosting server since it is better than what they offer on the other thing they pay for.
