Yesterday i was able to upload fine, but today i keep recieving the following error from FileZilla. I searched FileZilla's support pages and they say to contact server administration cos the server is broken...

It is a known issue, has been happening about everyday it seems. Just try again later.

wrong. the server is down/in read only mode and maybe the FTP server is offline or not working right. if you just created the website then that website will not be in effect till the server is back online on writing mode.
