Well my band is just starting to get going and I'm looking for tips on how to spread our links around, for instance our reverbnation page.

I figure I'll take all of everyone is the bands facebook friends and send a mass email, that should do pretty good.

But what are some ways to target unique views i guess, meaning views from people we don't know etc.

i guess i would want to do the link exchange, but the thing about the reverbnation page is i cant really put ads or anything on it because its similar to like a facebook account, theres a section called 'press clippings' so for a link exchange i could probably put the links there

edit: im not even sure if i could do a link exchange cus as far as i know i dont have the ability to edit the html, if you look at this link www.reverbnation.com/nascentdescent on that page theres a section called 'Press' I can add things there, and others can post comments there.

If anyone is offering affiliations systems, just join them.

I'm not sure I can use affiliates. I'm not sure if you guys are familiar with reverb nations, but I don't have access to HTML or PHP or any coding with reverbnation. It's basically like a face book for bands.

Well here's what you do then Kevin. On your NascentDescent site, get the link exchanges and affiliates to go there, then instead of directly linking to your reverbnation page, link to an iFramed page, with a small top frame that has a small logo (kind of like in your sig) and links back to the default homepage.

This may or may not work, reverbnation might have some code to break out of frames. You'll just have to try.

kk maybe for now ill just use the word of mouth method, as soon as my webpage is completely up its going to be the main site any ways
