Well, error 1045 means timed out, but I'm slightly confused - are you really connecting to a MySQL database here? As if you are, peliculasyseries is not a valid username.
Have you created a database and a username in the control panel?

The connection to the database esrá well I believe(create) ... and the database is created even it(he,she) has already the made tables. Also the usurio is done and with all the privileges. Since it(he,she) might solve this failure(judgement)?

Is it possible to see the code that's causing this?
I still don't think you have the correct username though. It should be peliculasyseries_something. Except it needs to be 16 characters or less.

dbname : peliculasyseries_g
db : peliculasyseries_1
dbhost : localhost
dbpassword : ******

Your domain is too long, you have to have 16chars or less, so you will have to create a new account with less than 16chars name ok?

Unfortunately peliculasyseries_g is 18 characters, which is too long. Similarly for your username.
The solution is to create another webhostname, something short like pelicula.vndv.com, and create a database on that host, and use those.
Hope this helps, post back if you need more clarification.
