Good Day Guys!

I installed the latest version of Wordpress on the server and when I just want to reset and have an empty FTP
I can not delete the wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes and its contents.

Is this normal?

Please help me on this.
BTW: is the server DOWN [again]?
