Didn't see this thread, so I posted the answer in your previous thread. vBulletin is not allowed on this host because most versions of vBulletin are nulled, and the rest require functions that are disabled on Zymic.

Yeah, I should've search first before purchasing a vBulletin license.
Not to mention they're pretty resource intensive, the premium hosting however does support VBulletin:
