I want to install PHPBB, but when i insert database name, database user and password i get the following message

CODE

Could not connect to the database, see error message below.
Access denied for user 'help-zone_*****'@'207.210.86.252' (using password: YES)

I checked my password,username ... but they are all OK.

What is the problem?

Note: I replaced username with ***** for security reasons.

the server name is localhost, not the ip address. Also, if your ***** is longer than 6 characters for either your database name or your user name, you will have problems.

why you need phpbb directly install wamp/xamp servers in your pc or from wamp : www.wampserver.com or xamp: from www.apachefriends.org.
is it helpful ?

No madanspark that does not help in this case.
