i'm having problems getting a user base for my forums i've tryed a bunch of stuff *some not the smartess* but i have given it a honest chance.
If anyone has any Suggestions that would be great ( I'm all open to putting a link up on my site but idk how much you would get back.)

I honestly don't know, but it doesn't seem like you've actually tried or given it any time. I've only noticed your posts for about a week or two, and thats not very much time to get a user base. Plus you have to have something that will make people WANT to come to your site and not one of the other sites out there. Hold a posting content or something.
Put out advertisements, or do link exchanges. There are lots of things you can do man, but two weeks isn't very long to expect a user base.

well, for traffic, i suggest putting your site up in google and other directories. have you done this already?
