Hi,
I need some help, I follow the instructions in order to set up the dns records in the control panel of my domain, as you posted in the instructions. but, because the panel say than I can't put an A, CNAME and MX for the same entrance, I put the IP instead.
It looks like:

monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.180
monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.181
www.monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.180
www.monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.181

The point is that sometimes the page opens correctly, and other It opens zimic ¡?
Can somebody tellme how to fix this.

TIA

Ah, the .com.es tld has no whois database (apart from a website), could you please pm (or post in this thread) the zymic subdomain, I will then set it up for you.

SIMPLE, remove 1 of each (A)Record.
I am pointing my own DNS settings to this IP on several subdomains (ex1.mydomain.com, ex2.mydomain.com ex3.mydomain.com) They EACH have only 1 (A)Record pointing at 74.86.20.181 (not 74.86.20.180)
ex1.mydomain.com A - 74.86.20.181
ex3.mydomain.com A - 74.86.20.181
ex2.mydomain.com A - 74.86.20.181

So In your case you should be left with
monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.181
www.monticelli.com.es. A - 74.86.20.181

(This will fix the problem within a minute)

It happens with most hosting providers and the DNS settings (I think its because a website only uses 1 NAMESERVER IP address and the second NAMESERVER is a backup or a redirection to the first) So when you are setting up your own DNS routing you want point to just the head IP and not both (which may confuse the system)

UNLESS your giving your NAMESERVERS IP to your domain registar, you would give them both.

I'll try right now!

Thanks

Try Control F5 or clearing your cache, It's definitely set.

A page about a child musician called 'Paula Monticelli Silva' comes up.
