Yeah eNVoXia you know i hadnt slept for 2 days when i designed this. JUst ask Luke i was up all night and morning doing this. Finsih it around 8 / 9 oclock in the morning i think Then went to my bed

The only way i can design is listening to music. No music no drive no desire no creativity. Some how music gets me in the mood to design and be creative

Flyboy - You know I am the same way with music. If there's not something that moves me playing then I am useless. No sleep in 2 days? I have 5 children running around this motherufcker, I don't sleep on a regular.. that should count for something but lack of time puts a dent in my isht too.

YEah i code the designs as well. First design is going to be tut site. My own personal tutorial site. Photoshop mainly. On text effects, effects, photo effects, web layouts, logo design etc

Second one is a design for a contest. This too will be coded soon.

Thanks for the heads up. But that design wasnt getting used and yeah i dont mind if anyone takes anything from that particular template.

Just if anyone ever did need proof i will take screenshots of the layered psd file.

Aslo will update this occasionally with live previews as well.

I contacted the guy on dA and he says that you definitely ripped him.

the one on deviant art looks a whole lot better, more like flyboy maybe recreated it in photoshop, but didn't do as good of a job.

Hmm.. I would like to see the proof, FlyBoy as I am thinking about purchasing one of these layouts from you if they are for sale.

Ok i will update this post with screenshots as proof of that design. I cant believe my work is under attack. If anyone whos purchased or seen my psds would know every single detail is created from scratch.

But i did say i would prove that layout was mine.

Nobody is technically attacking your work. I don't think it's so much to ask for proof of ownership when there is another user claiming that you are the one who ripped off of his work.

At least by showing proof you will let us all know that all of your work is 100% yours.

I've worked with one of flyboys psd's. The psdesignz one. Every detail was created from scratch... but that doesn't mean he didn't recreate the layout from the other guy.

Ah i see what you guys mean thank you for clarification. Yeah i understand what you are both saying. But even proof of design cant say that someone didnt recreate it as Trippin had said. Screenshots will be coming soon non the less

we have two option,

- first flyboy has created it and the guy on dA has seen it on zymic, and he has recreated and improved it with some cool stuff.

- the second option is that flyboy has recreated from the other guy on dA.


I have currently no opinion until flyboy has gived us some proof of his work.

If anyone want specific details just ask here. I didnt want to do around 100 screenshots showing every single detail.

Look like flyboy is a template ripper, and every active member on zymic dont really like the template ripper .

That is a logo design for a competition, that logo does not belong to that designer either. Read my first post . Its a design for a competition . The artspread design. People you have to under stand i deisign for competitions as well as work . therefor all designers who go to 99 designs are rippers. Thats what sickness is implying.

Flyboy is correct on the art thing logo.. It was a 99 designs competition, where I assume the requested that logo to be used in the layout so that is fine...

But still, that template is a little mischevious.

The template issue is being dealt with right now. As for now, this is what we have to confirm. Neither Flyboy nor the other designer is a ripper. There is a 3rd party involved in this. No further details can be provided until we get more information.

Omg, do you actually have a life? Or do you just sit there trying to find stuff and say that someone ripped it even if you are wrong (as seen above). If you are going to do at lease get your facts right first.

I hard worked on this design and I CAN'T STAND that a stupid guy like you 'Flyboy' rip MY work.

And about the different screenshots he posted, I thinks it's easy to follow MY lines, you can see by yourself that the content of the design he ripped is ugly contrary to mine.

Please, a moderator/admin can remove this thread and ban this ripper.

Aeros as i stated in the note i sent you it wasnt my fault. For everyones knowledge there is a third party involved. We were going to open a new site together as co partners. All my designs are my own creation. But in this particular case it is not. I partially designed the right of the template. And fixed the navigation. As its blatenly obvious from the screenshots- It doesnt look as if it meshes all together but Aeros design does. . I have accepted that for most of the template (which i did not design, My partner did so) is ripped.

He has every right to suggest the banning of flyboy. His template was ripped by someone and at that point flyboy had not said anything about his "partner".
